Great site for watching the latest releases.
They have a good selection of movies / Genres.
No subscription so I only pay for what I view....big plus point!
Had a slight issue and their support team was really helpful, fast and efficient. I received a message saying that someone will get back to me within 6 hours but I received an email within 15 min!!! Great service.
Must try site!!

I purchased my first film from blinkbox using my tablet but once I had paid for it I could not download it to view offline on the tablet. I searched in vain for a telephone number before I emailed blinkbox concerning this and after several emails I was told I could only download the film to my pc and that they would not refund me because they could see that I had accessed the film on my tablet.
Why would anyone pay for a low resolution film to watch on their pc when a dvd can be purchased for the same price? Disgraceful service and I would advise others to avoid

I bought a TV series box set and turned it off after 15 mins, the quality was shockingly bad, totally un-watch-able. I contacted customer support and asked for my money back, I've been fobbed off and ignored for over a month now. This service is a rip off, there are better (and cheaper) ways to watch TV and film.

In summary, I would not recommend BlinkBox to a friend.

Bought a title instore which was marked with a blinkbox sticker, when it wasn't added I contacted their so called support team. Was fobbed off with excuse after excuse for over a month before being told to go away and speak to tesco

I have fast download line speed but could not watch my chosen and paid for TV download because of the constant buffering. this is a really poor product and frankly it's a waste of time and money.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

Constant buffering issues spoil what should be a good offering. I have a very strong connection, latest software but still it doesnt work. What makes matters worse is that their support is just as bad. I paid for Games of Thrones series two and after submitting a request for a refund was given the usual holding email, seven days later still no response and had to submit another ticket. Their response to this was just to merge the tickets with still no update on whether I will get a refund.

My advice is stay well clear of Blinkbox.

I wish I read these reviews before paying to watch Argo with Blinkbox. Unwatchable.

I've never had a problem streaming before. In their defence they responded to my email sent at 10.30 on a Saturday night within minutes and credited the cost of the film to my account. Shame they didn't put the credit back on my debit card because I'm not sure I'll bother with them again.

In summary, I would not recommend BlinkBox to a friend.

Be careful if you use Blinkbox with an LG Smart TV. Every Monday I recieve an email to let me know what 99p films they have, when I then go to purchase the film it states that I will be charged 99p but my bank statement shows that on every ocassion that I have made the 99p purchase they have charged me the full amount.

Blinkbox have been made aware of the issue now for 5 weeks and yet they continue to "investigate" without even offering me a refund.

Terrible service.

In summary, I would not recommend BlinkBox to a friend.

We're really struggling with the buffering issues, we have a very high connection but haven't been able to watch a film without constant interruption. I hope that Tesco's sorts this out soon as we like the idea of watching what we want when we want but it has to be a lot better than this for us to continue.

This is simply broken. Tried to use this to play a popular movie on a wednesday night at about 8PM. I have speeds of about 7Mb and all my software is up to date. Tried 1st on my LG smart TV - Buffering constantly. Then moved to my Xbox... buffering constantly. I then tried my PC for the fool proof streaming method. it forced me to install silverlight... Ok, a bit unneccessary for basic streaming - but fine. Then After faffing about it says we can't play this movie - your video player is not repsponding!! You chose it Blink box! you made me use it and install silverlight. So... I tried their support... and wow ... just wow... 'try using another internet browser and restarting your internet ... 'problem resloved'. My MOM could have told me that! As you can tell it still didn't solve the problem and I have to go back into the que to tell them I'm not an imbecile... (having said that why am I queing if I'm not stupid enough to try again!). Stay away - no good, they have not mastered streaming technology - which is pretty poor for a media streaming company!
