Awful, just awful.

I bought a TV series box set and turned it off after 15 mins, the quality was shockingly bad, totally un-watch-able. I contacted customer support and asked for my money back, I've been fobbed off and ignored for over a month now. This service is a rip off, there are better (and cheaper) ways to watch TV and film. In summary, I would not recommend BlinkBox to a friend.
