Purchased Titles Would Not Play: Zero 'Customer Service' 30 July 2013 Reviewer: Derek from UK 183 of 364 people found this review helpful Some TV titles I had bought with a supposed 'lifetime' license were no longer available to play. Weeks after referring the problem to Customer Services, they had been unable or unwilling to provide any meaningful response, save for offering their 'thanks' for my comments. Beware!
