Bad customer service

Very bad service! Im trying to download an app to watch the purchased movies since last week, the app store says it does not exist, I write to the customer service, they send me a link which doesnt work and mark my problem as solved. So - I go to the app store which says the app does not exist etc Total money waste. In summary, I would not recommend BlinkBox to a friend.
